L'HERBOFLORE products are available for shipping to: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Canada, United, Australia, New Zealand

 

Q2.  Payment Method Delivery 

The payment method for overseas orders is a one-time online credit card payment (currently, VISA, MasterCard, and JCB are accepted).

 

Q3.  Shipment Processing Time 

The delivery time for international orders is about 7-14 days. The actual delivery time will depend on the courier's delivery status. Shipping and delivery conditions may vary due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, and national import policies).

 

Q4. Tax Exemption for International Shopping

The import tax exemption limit for international shopping by postal or courier services varies by country. If your order total exceeds the destination country's exemption threshold, customs fees may apply upon import. These fees are imposed by customs and are not covered in the shipping charges. We recommend consulting your local customs office for specific regulations before placing an order.

• Customs duties and consumption taxes may apply depending on each country’s import regulations. If the item is subject to inspection, any related fees will be the responsibility of the recipient. If the recipient declines to receive the item, any costs incurred due to disposal, return, or other losses will also be borne by the customer.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the items in kilograms (kg). Please refer to the shipping rate table for weight brackets and corresponding costs for your destination.

Q6.  Can All Products Be Shipped Overseas ?

Not all products on the L'HERBOFLORE website are available for international shipping. For items that cannot be shipped overseas, you will be unable to select an international destination once they are added to the cart. To complete your checkout, you will need to remove any non-eligible items from your order.

 

Q7. Can the Shipping Address Be Changed After Placing an Order ?

Once an international order is placed, shipping details (such as address or recipient) cannot be modified. If you notice an address error before shipment, please cancel the original order and place a new one. To modify an err address after shipping, please contact the courier to update the address upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country.

Address changes may incur additional fees or result in undeliverable packages. Please carefully confirm your address when placing an order.

 

Q8.  How to Confirm My Order and Track Packages?

Q9.  Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, skincare products cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.  By placing an order on L’HERBOFLORE website, all international customers agree to these terms.

To protect your rights, please record a full unboxing video upon receiving the product(s). If there are issues such as product defects or damage during shipping, a "complete video recording" has to be submitted as proof.

  • The video should include the unopened package, unboxing process, product itself, and item list.
  • Only original, clear, unedited videos will be accepted.
  • If there is any issue with the product(s), please contact L’HERBOFLORE customer service within 3 (three) days (the date of receipt inclusive), including the full unboxing video.  Any requests after this period will not be accepted.

If delivery fails due to incomplete information or unpaid customs fees, and we can’t reach you within 3 days, the package will be returned. We will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full order minus the round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, courier storage charge etc..
